Creem has a pretty great UX; I was able to complete the initial setup very quickly. However, I'm having issues with the Payout Account. My application was rejected, but the system didn’t provide any reason for the rejection, nor is there a button to reset or reapply. The response from chat support was quite slow—maybe the team is still in the early stages—and after I finally got a reply, I was asked to email support, but haven’t received any response there either. I’ll need to keep monitoring things before considering adjusting my rating back to 5 stars.

Update: I received enthusiastic support. You can trust Creem; Tier 3 is my choice.

So far so good - I can’t remember the last time I’ve been this excited about an Appsumo deal! I hope they stay with their awesome product for the long haul, because I think this is a winning idea 💡

I’ve had the chance to test out the platform, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s a well-designed alternative to Stripe with a smooth onboarding process — as long as you have your documents ready, you're good to go. My account was activated within 24 hours.

I created a product, ran a real live payment, and everything worked seamlessly. The platform is easy to use, and I highly recommend it.

While there are a few features I'd love to see added, none of them affect core functionality. Plus, the development team clearly knows what they’re doing — they’re active, transparent, and even share their roadmap right on the dashboard.

I also checked out the API documentation, and it's solid — clear and well-structured.

All in all, this is an amazing solution. After testing, I didn’t think twice about upgrading my plan. I really believe this platform is going to help a lot of people worldwide. They identified a gap and came up with a smart, practical solution. Wishing the team all the success they deserve!
