Creem has a pretty great UX; I was able to complete the initial setup very quickly. However, I'm having issues with the Payout Account. My application was rejected, but the system didn’t provide any reason for the rejection, nor is there a button to reset or reapply. The response from chat support was quite slow—maybe the team is still in the early stages—and after I finally got a reply, I was asked to email support, but haven’t received any response there either. I’ll need to keep monitoring things before considering adjusting my rating back to 5 stars.

Update: I received enthusiastic support. You can trust Creem; Tier 3 is my choice.
