Q: Is human takeover on the roadmap?

If not, can we set work-hours for humans to chat to customers (e.g. 9am-5pm) and for a bot to take over after-hours? I've been searching for this, but nobody has built it yet.

A: Human takeover is already available with CX Genie! You can currently leverage our human handover feature. This allows you to transfer inquiries to live agents for a personalized touch.

Regarding the work hour settings, you can easily configure work hours within CX Genie's workspace settings. This will display your human agents' availability. During these designated work hours, CX Genie can prioritize routing interactions to live agents. Outside of these work hours, the AI chatbot will take over to ensure continuous customer support.
