Q: multiple bots to the same user

I understand that in the bot member role I can assign a bot and its settings to that user, but can I add multiple bots to that same user?

A: Hello, if you meant managing multiple bots (include modify bot's settings, edit knowledge bases) as a bot member, then it is not possible at the moment. Since CX Genie is still restricting the limit at one (1) bot per member to ensure system's stability. However, we will work toward expanding the chatbot limit for bot member in the future. If you have input on this feature, please let us know! We'd love to hear our users' opinions to make our product better for you guys!
