Q: SMS, Hubspot & Salesforce
Hello Ethan, this looks great. I see that it has an early focus on eCommerce, but for the rest of us, will you offer a connection to the larger CRMs like Hubspot/Salesforce/Pipedrive at some point? Also, can this handle email and sms followup?

For example, is it sending reminders, re-engaging after a conversation, or handling missed messages?
Have you tried setting up follow-ups through other tools or platforms before? If yes, what worked well or didn’t?
Is the follow-up meant to be automatic based on specific triggers (like a user not replying, or a tag being added), or something your team sends manually?
