Q: Additional cost to verify the customer email addresses for notifications?
Can we verify the customer email addresses just paying for this LTD offer? or we need to pay any additional cost? If so, how much?

It's done via double opt-in, no need to pay anything. You simply add the email address(es) in the form settings, and a verification email is then sent to the admin email address.
This must be done only once per email address. Once it was confirmed, you can add the same address to other forms without the need to them being verified.
Update: I'm not sure I got your question right. In another comment, you asked about adding Deftform to your customer's websites and them receiving notifications about new submissions. That's what I answered here. You are not asking about the email addresses of the people filling out forms, right?
