Workspaces are separate from one another, so you can create 3 workspaces, each having different settings, domain, team, forms etc. Purchased add\u002Dons are per account, so if you purchase the SMTP or Extended add\u002Don, it will be available in all workspaces, even if you purchase additional workspaces.
