Q: How do I allow for only one answer for multiple choice?
I noticed you don't have a "radio button" field to create forms that allow for only one answer. The Multiple Choice field should also have settings so that responsdents can select only one answer or multiple answers. Is this perhaps a setting that I missed? I created a test form, but then when I visit the form again via QR code or when I click the "View" option on my desktop, I get a page with the following message: "No fields created. This form does not have any fields." Also, how can I ensure to prevent/block multiple submissions from same respondents; whereby a message will display (e.g., "you've already submitted a form")? Thanks.

Jul 14, 2025A: There is a "Single choice" field: https://help.deftform.com/formfields/single-choice-radio-button
Also, if the form says you haven't created any fields, then you haven't added any fields to your form. I cannot help you with this inquiry here in the AppSumo comments. I'd need to know the form ID or your email address to have a look.
