Q: Multi-Item List Option
I am looking to create a form where the response to some questions/labels will require the responder to enter a list of two or more options. For example, I want to have a field with the label _"Shareholders Details" - which will include name, address, tel, and email. There may be two or more shareholders. How can I implement this by enabling the responder to click a tab to add each subsequent shareholder?

The headline "Multi-Item List Option" and the text confuse me a little. If I understand correctly, you are asking for a "repeater" field. So essentially a field, or in your case a group of fields, that is created once while creating a form, which then can be added multiple times by the respondent by clicking an "Add more" (or something like that) button... right?
That's something we have planned, but it's not yet possible.
