I needed it to gather information from a client before starting our website design project. The setup process was fast and easy. However, the design and customization part wasn’t as smooth, since you have to modify the CSS directly, which can be challenging for non-tech-savvy users.

I also missed having a partial form feature, which would allow my clients to take their time and answer more thoughtfully. I had to use just a few questions, and the responses weren’t very detailed since they had to complete the form in a single attempt.

Another improvement would be the ability to separate the form into pages by section, but that feature is currently unavailable.
