Awesome

I was using the free version for months, then decided to finally purchase. It works perfectly and helps me keep track of time while building sites, content, etc. It's a must-have if you are in front of a computer for hours at a time. Create your projects and tasks. And go to the start-up widget. It's perfect.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Support & Unreliable Platform

I’m really disappointed with the support experience. As an AppSumo customer, it’s clear they don’t prioritize us. Despite scheduling a call this morning and waiting over 15 minutes, no one showed up. Initially, they were responsive via WhatsApp, but once they saw I subscribed through AppSumo, the communication completely stopped. They haven’t replied to any of my follow-up messages.

The platform itself also has several issues. The task management system lacks essential features. I tried inviting clients using the "client" role, but they didn’t receive any notifications or instructions on how to access Desklog. At this point, I have no idea how they’re supposed to track project progress.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this tool. Save your time and money.

Immature product

Totally frustrated after buying it, their website is not working, also their application is crashing every time, and now it has stopped working. totally frustrating. Can't use it at all.
