- How many users visit your website?
- On average, how many messages does each user send in a chat?
- The more complex the questions, the more credits will be used (since AI processing consumes more).

Based on that, we recommend starting with Tier 4 — it offers generous usage and supports custom domain + branding removal (great for chatbot deployment). You’ll still have 60 days to monitor your credit usage and decide if you need to upgrade or downgrade based on real usage.
