Definitely one of the best AppSumo deals I've picked up!
I bought Tier5 and still getting to know Diaflow, but I'm already very happy with this app.
It feels like the people behind this project are truly engaged and helpful.
Support is communicative, open to ideas and user feedback, and honest about what’s still in development.
Regarding the credits – after some testing, it seems that if you go withhigher Tier, and use the 100,000 credits wisely, you can save a lot in terms of your staff’s expensive time. Buying more credits likely won’t be an issue then.
I also see that the project is still in dynamic development and some useful features are not there yet (there is a qutie impressive roadmap available in public). Diaflow has huge potential and, in my opinion, could be a gamechanger for many businesses.
