What really stands out about this platform is the continuous expansion of their "Bring Your Own Key" options. This feature unlocks a lot of additional power, significantly broadening what can be accomplished with the app and making it truly versatile.

The AI agents within Diaflow perform exceptionally well. I greatly appreciate the flexibility in choosing which AI models you want to deploy and the ability to modify the flow according to your needs. The app workflows are smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Additionally, training chatbots using the provided vector databases has been working well. Another highlight is the consistent release of new templates for creating apps and chatbots. These templates have been incredibly beneficial, making it easy not only to craft new use case scenarios quickly but also to understand and master all the features Diaflow has to offer.
