Promising Software with Room for Improvement
I recently started using this software and I have to say, it’s quite promising! The user interface is beautiful and functional, making it easy to navigate. However, there are some significant drawbacks that need to be addressed.
One major issue is the lack of integrations. Basic tools like Google Sheets are currently missing, which is quite limiting for users who rely on these integrations for their workflows. I understand that they are on the roadmap, but it would be great to see them implemented sooner rather than later.
Additionally, I’ve noticed a high consumption of credits. In just two days of intense usage, I’ve already burned through 50,000 of my 100,000 credits. While I appreciate the capabilities of the platform, this rapid consumption is something to consider for potential LTD users. Anyways, they've got you covered with BYOK, but... that means extra costs.
Overall, I’m optimistic about the future of this software and trust that they will continue to expand their integrations quickly. With a few improvements, it could become an essential tool for many businesses.

You're absolutely right about integrations being a priority - Google Sheets is actually one of our most requested features and we're actively working on it. We know how essential these basic integrations are for workflows, and we're pushing to get them released much sooner than originally planned. Regarding credit consumption, we hear you on this concern. We're continuously optimizing our algorithms to be more efficient, and we're also working on more granular credit usage controls so users have better visibility and control over consumption. The BYOK option does help with costs for heavy users, but we understand it's an additional consideration.
