Very Basic
At first look i was thinking that Diaflow will be amazing, but after i tried i am with feelings that the app is on early stage and their team are not so passionate to make it the best.
First of all the support answers are too slow. So when you are lost in the app functionalities there is no one to help you right away.

Regarding your passion, please refrain from using that word on our behalf. As you can see, since its launch on AppSumo three weeks ago, our team has shipped over 20 new features and requested BYOK on Diaflow every week. This is a promise to all Diaflow users worldwide.
Regarding customer support, as a startup, we don’t have a large technical support team to provide immediate assistance. However, we have a Discord community where our users can receive support as quickly as possible. If you were there, you’d know how fast our team is at resolving questions. Even major companies like Microsoft and AWS face delays in getting their tickets resolved. As we grow, we’ll prioritize this concern to ensure faster support.
This feedback is valuable for us to learn and gain more experience when things get bigger and more powerful. Thank you for trying Diaflow. We can't wait to gain your heart back somewhere in the future.
