User permissions EDITED: after two months
After two months of testing and corresponding with support, I need to say that the product is not ready. (Especially if you have a larger team where they can compete with each other)
Added users to a team or organization have too many rights even though they are not administrators.
They are:
- able to change the organization name
- able to see other members' emails (privacy)
- able to edit users in the organization even if they DON'T have admin rights
- able to edit/change the team link
Also:
- If I'm adding a user, I would also like to be able to edit their availability/calendar. (At least in team settings, shared permissions to double-check their shift hours - you want to be able to check your staff's set hours.)
- How will webhooks work if I see settings for webhooks but users that I invited don't have that option?
And those are some surface features that make it difficult to use the product in a larger team, mainly because of permissions.
