Paid user of DivMagic has not seen an update for six months; the last update being Oct. 2024. Even the website (footer) has not been updated for 2025, showing the year 2024. What's going on? What about the promise of Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi and so on?
A: Hello, We are constantly updating! Gutenberg was already finished and launched. Some parts of the extension get updated without a major release change, that's why the date still shows October. DivMagic Studio has been constantly updated as well.
We've been working on adding AI features both to the extension and Studio and that required more time compared to our regular updates. The next...
Hi, I just saw you mentioning in a response that you are building your own website builder and that it is included in the LTD, could you please elaborate on that?
Will it only work for WordPress? Is it suitable at all for non-coders? Any AI capabilities?
A: Hello, we launched DivMagic Studio (https://divmagic.com/studio) which is an online builder and one of our goals is to allow Studio to host Pages and Websites so that it can be used as a website builder. That is included in the LTD but the full functionality of being able to host websites on studio isn't completed yet. Using Studio is suitable for non-coders because we've added AI Chat to help...
Thank you, we have hosting, but as non-coders we would prefer static html sites instead of WordPress. The premis of DivMagic looks great. But perhaps it is not for us who want to avoid coding. Would buy it in a heartbeat if we hire a web developer and go back to WordPress one day, looks great.
Q: Shopify?
Would it work with Shopify platform? From what I see it's just WordPress right?
A: Currently the only official integration with WP is Gutenberg. However, any editor that supports Code Blocks can be used with DivMagic, including Elementor.
The integrations we're working on allow the pasted code to be converted to native editor blocks instead of Code Blocks. You can use DivMagic with Elementor and WP Bakery right now, it will use Code Blocks instead of native blocks.
Q: No updates anymore?
