Q: Can we assign (optionally) an access code to a workspace ?
IT support can remotely access my work laptop without my knowledge. As an added precaution, an access code (such as a 4-digit code) might safeguard important documents within specific workspaces. For instance, asking the code when switching to a secured workspace.

At the moment, we don't offer the ability to assign access codes to specific workspaces. It's definitely a niche request, but your use case is valid and well noted. While we don’t currently have plans to implement this feature in the near term, we’ll keep it in mind as we continue refining our platform’s security and access controls.
