We had been evauluating multiple products for this kind of tool and below is the genunie feedback of this product.
1. Unable to fetch URLs properly from platforms like Nimbus; raised a concern, but the suggested 3-step fix is too lengthy.
2. Answers are relevant, but related images are either missing or not displayed properly.
3. Highlighted parts in the PDF require clicking on citations to verify, which is not user-friendly.
4. The PDF display is not clear, making it hard to read, after zooming too.
5. The tool runs very slowly.
6. Switching between answers, citations, and PDF sections is not seamless.
7. To chat with multiple documents, need to assign the same label to each doc, which will allow to interact with all docs under that label.
