Most users have established tech stack and ecosystems. So they need the means to integrate any new tech to the ecosystem. Most products come here with good concepts and potential BUT never get traction due to lack of Webhooks/APIs/Integrations. Most people I know including myself are sitting on the fence. So unfortunately unless, you prioritise and implement WEBHOOKS/comprehensive API Endpoints and native integrations, you may fall short of gaining maximum traction. This is a Saas product and does not have the luxury of the Wordpress ecosystem plugins to extend reach. So this means you have to help the Saas customers by implementing these ASAP. Sumolings now dont take promises of basic features to be implemented in the future which never comes. Most of your competition have this. So roadmap with reasonable timelines. Thanks
