Q: Clarification on Setting Up Second White Label Account

Hi,
I recently purchased an additional white label account at the last minute to add to my agency. However, I’ve noticed it may be linked to the first one I previously set up. I’d like some guidance on how to properly set up the second white label, as I plan to use the first one for a niche platform and the second one more broadly for my agency.
Could you please advise on the correct setup process for managing both separately? Additionally, if I decide to refund one of the licences, will the purchase email used be tied to both accounts, or will that affect the refund process in any way?

I did find away to add a return link in line with the menu but it did not show in the mobile device, so I settled to adding a button to the top of the portal linking back to my editable landing page. Kind Regards

To get help with your account specifically, please email us at hello@dropboardhq.com and include the email addresses that are registered for each account. I want to make sure I understand your issue so in that email if you could include a bit more of the specifics of what we can help with that would be great!

The AppSumo deal is registered to one specific email address per purchase -- one email cannot be used for both purchases, so if you initiate a refund it will only affect the specific license you refund.
