Q: Is it possible to add a custom field & add a meeting url like google meet or any other meeting URL
Hello Team, is it possible to add a custom field to add a meeting url like google meet or any other meeting URL for video interviews even if you dont have a native integration . For example can I use google meet / zoom meeting link for interview & use Jamie.ai ( which is in Appsumo now) to record the meetings & can I use your webhooks/API to store the information along with the candidate data ? and ofcourse for the respective clients in Tier 2

Apr 21, 2025A: There are two main ways you can do something like this:
The low-tech way:
Use Dropboard's email templates to configure your candidate workflow so that when a candidate reaches your interview stage, an email template goes out to them with a meeting or scheduling url. When you move candidates to this stage in the workflow, a dialog will automatically present to you with the email pre-filled out. You can make any tweaks needed to that email and hit send. To attach recorded meetings, you'd have to do this manually during/after the interview by clicking on the candidate and using our attributes or notes feature.
The high-tech way
Use either our Zapier integration or our API to react when candidates reach the interview stage (in Zapier you would use the "New Candidate Stage" trigger). When they do, set up a meeting and send them an email with the link. Separately, whenever an interview is over, you use our Zapier integration or API to update that candidate with the information (in Zapier this would be the "Update Candidate Stage" action if you want to move them to a new stage and/or the "Update Candidate" action if you want to attach attributes).
