Q: Questions About Using Dropboard for German-Language Job Listings and External Recruiting
Hi Colin,
I run job portal websites where I regularly post job openings from companies and staffing agencies. Your app would be a perfect addition to establish partnerships with some of those temp agencies, helping to find candidates for their posted positions or even acting as an additional recruiter on their behalf. My only concern is that my active websites are currently in German and focused on the German market.
1. Can job listings or offers be created in German? While I also operate English job portals, my current focus is primarily on German-language platforms.
2. Can I use Dropboard to find and recommend suitable job seekers for external companies?
3. Can the created jobs or listings be used as blog posts?

1) Yes, we do support German. Our embed or white-labeled portal allows you to customize most of the language yourself, but you also choose a language to use for the various parts that are not customizable. The one limitation on this is switching languages by the user is not supported -- you have to choose one language.
2) You can use Dropboard to showcase jobs and attract candidates. Dropboard doesn't source candidates for you, though.
3) Technically whenever you create a job, you'll get a public link for it. And a job does consist of a headline and formatted text underneath it. So technically, I suppose you could use that functionality to host blog posts, but that's not the intended use of course so it comes down to your specific desires and use cases.
