- Hi, I recently purchased an additional white label account at the last minute to add to my agency. However, I’ve noticed it may be linked to the first one I previously set up. I’d like some guidance on how to properly set up the second white label, as I plan to use the first one for a niche platform and the second one more broadly for my agency. Could you please advise on the correct setup process for managing both separately? Additionally, if I decide to refund one of the licences, will the purchase email used be tied to both accounts, or will that affect the refund process in any way? Many thanks in advance for your help. I did find away to add a return link in line with the menu but it did not show in the mobile device, so I settled to adding a button to the top of the portal linking back to my editable landing page. - Could you confirm if we ( including our clients), send Emails for notifications & candidate communications using our SMTP. Or is it mandatory to use SendGrid that you offer (Sendgrid is paid plan). if this is the only way, are you looking to integrate other products in future. I read that you decided not to go on Acumbamail . How how Maileroo ? Can I use Maileroo ? Do you have any email. Will dropboard name be seen as sender of these mails ?
- Hi Dropboard Team, I'm setting up my white label portal and have a few questions: *Can we add a custom link from the portal back to our own landing page (home page)? *Can we create our own client account under our white label? *Could you allow footer text and links to be centred, and also allow custom footer links to be added? *Could we have the ability to edit the text on the Employer sign-up page to match our branding? * Is the platform GDPR Compliant? This would make the platform much more flexible for businesses building strong front-end branding alongside Dropboard's core system.
