Q: This board looks a little unpolished and there is a long way to go: Job history: Looking at the job history is not straight forward.
If I want to see who applied for the jobs and out of that pool , who was selected, that is complex. In other job boards, when you click on your jobs in the dashboard, you get to see all the candidates who applied for that job and then you can edit the job if needed. In this very strange job board, if any relevant job is clicked, it directly goes to the edit mode. Only way to look at my job history is to go to candidate panel and sort by jobs and then open candidates one by one.
2. Candidate history: Candidate history is not there at all. If you want to track how many job a candidate applied, apart from filtering with name / email id, we have no other way. I think gmail does better job than this in tracking candidates.
Please correct me if my understanding is wrong. In that case kindly let me know how can see job history and candidate history in straight forward way. Any ATS needs to have an easy way to tracking candidates and openings.
