1. On your pricing page there are only 2 plans- elite and premium. What are we tagged to ?
2. Assuming we are tagged to premium plan , can we avail the "Dukaan Delivery" services (i am based in India )
3. Any Online Payments Transaction Fee charged by Dukaan ?
4. On getting the Tier-3, can we sell it as an agency to small business? Do we hav the rights and flexbility to remove dukaan branding?

- Delivery is at cost basis, no company in the world can promise you free deliveries ;)
3. Any Online Payments Transaction Fee charged by Dukaan ?
- If you are using Dukaan Pay then yes, but if you are using your own payment gateway then ZERO transaction fees.
4. On getting the Tier-3, can we sell it as an agency to small business? Do we hav the rights and flexbility to remove dukaan branding?
- It's almost white-labeled I would say apart from the couple of instances like login dashboard URL and logo on the dashboard.

- It is possible to sell digital products via Dukaan. The facility to automatically email the product on purchase is still being built by our team. For now, you have to manually email the products to your customers.
2. On the Dukaan delivery services, can we avail the service on a chargeable basis per Order (of course!) but end to end for Indian customers (delivery to pick up, including COD).
- That's how it is. There is no upfront commitment required to use Dukaan Delivery
