I am afraid to instant lose my license. Regarding our TOS, we typically don’t terminate user accounts unless there’s clear intent to send spam. If your leads are obtained legitimately, you should be fine. The termination clause only applies to Sumo-lings during their 60-day refund window. After that period, we will not terminate your account under any circumstance since refunds are no longer possible.

So just for clarification - using affiliate links is not allowed??
I do not speak about cold email or spamming people with random affiliate offers - but it is pretty normal to also use affiliate marketing in email marketing (i use it too - my opt in audiance also even expects me to inform them about good deals and offers - i do this for years and have a spam complaint rate of 0% and a open rate of 40%+). So this would be a really crucial information for me.
