Can I bulk upload then create campaigns for bulk sending a cold outreach reach message.

If you have GHL you don’t need another texting tool to do what you want since you can text from GHL. If you want a texting product to resell to your clients without spending $497/mo like the GHL agency then this could be great for you. That said, “cold outreach” by SMS is not legal in the US so I’d encourage you to read up on the TCPA my friend so you don’t get yourself in trouble.
