I want to go for Tier 3 but this whole deal gives me the vibe that the service will be abandoned sooner or later.

It's been almost a year since we launched the service and all the features are working great without a hitch, and we've got a 100% uptime... and that's going to continue.
The main functionality of our service is to allow you to host and deploy your static sites with your domains in seconds, as you have the possibility to code, test and edit your codes directly on the integrated IDE, add to that thousands of templates, a drag and drop editor, project edition sharing and many other features.
We're still working on other features for the service, but they'll take time and reflection before being deployed.
