Q: What is the difference between AppSumo LTD offer and the LTD on your website?

I want to purchase the Element Pack Pro and want to confirm a few points:

1. What is the difference between the AppSumo LTD offer and the LTD on your website?
2. Is this fully compatible with WPML? (as I'm having a lot of issues currently, especially the wrapper link)
3. Is this compatible with the Arabic language (RTL)?
4. Is this lifetime support & updates?
5. If I used the total number of licenses, can I delete/add new websites?
