For me in the US, the site is up. But yes, they have terrible customer service. I purchased a 4-mil tier in 23, and a 3-mil credit tier in 24. Since June 24, they have abandoned the service. I learned this when files would get stuck in Pending for weeks, if not months. The system has never been improved, and they don't plan to. Tell me if it works for you.

Refund. This is the worse group of people and they just took the money and ran and AppSumo allowed it to continue for years. They seem to have finally dropped it.
