No answers to questions, things don't work
The support chat window feels good, especially when it says: We're online. Expect a reply in the next 15 mins., but if no one answers questions there, even after 2 days, then it's just cosmetic.
I've sent several questions now:
1. 2FA doesn't work, I can't secure my account via 2FA. There is a warning message: Something went wrong! Please try again later.
I've tried it several times on different days - it just doesn't work.
2. Email verification completed. Of the ones BrandNav describe as invalid, at least 15 people opened the newsletter today. How is that possible?
I think BrandNav is struggling with the pitfalls of technology. I think I'll return it.
