Q: Can I use your MTA tool to build my own SMTP server?
Hi,
I have a few questions. I'm building an email marketing platform similar to Mailchimp and Bravo, and I need to set up my own SMTP server for sending emails—similar to services like Amazon SES and Emailit.
Can I use your MTA tool to create my own SMTP server? I’m willing to pay for it.
If I purchase Emailit, how can I integrate it into my platform and send emails using your SMTP or API?
Will I be able to track data such as bounces, complaints, clicks, opens, and unsubscribes? Can this data be accessed through your platform or shown inside my campaign dashboard?
Do you offer a lifetime plan with unlimited sending?
Could you recommend any other MTA tools like yours that I could use for building my SMTP server?
I just need to understand your answer to another user - Are new customers placed in an onbodring IP pool of lower quality than those with a minimum of 1000 submissions or how is it structured?
I currently use smtp2go and the only thing we are interested in is pure smtp service for our systems.
We don't send a huge number of emails every day, but it is of course important that we get into the inbox regardless of whether we send 4 or 1012 emails a day.
Q: Sending IP listed on Spamhaus
I see that your sending IPs are listed on spam lists like spamhaus. Example: 77.78.86.181
What are you going to do against it?

Its only one IP - the one you mentioned, which is an onboarding IP. This is our protection againts spammers.
We can move you to a well-reputable IP pool once you get approved, all you need to do is to email support@emailit.com

Sure! We are basically an alternative to Amazon SES, so you can use our platform to build on top of our API / SMTP.

Can I add sender identities like domain and email for sending through the API? Like Bravo verify the User on there platform

Somehow missed this. Yes, you need to add a sending domain with DNS records to start sending
Q: Can the email builder also be integrated
Is the email builder available as a widget or do we have to link out to email it.

Jun 1, 2025A: Hi there,
We have our email builder called Dragit integrated in Campaigns.

And is that a widget? In order to use that within my own applications?

Not really. It is working as a widget but only in Emailit campaigns.
Ah okay! Thanks for reply.

If you would have issues with delivery in the onboarding IP pool we can verify you and move you to a different IP pool.
