I want to make an email like support@mydomain.com, use it to send emails from my WordPress site, and check these emails in my Gmail using SMTP.

We do not provide email inboxes.
You can send email from our platform using API/SMTP with your verified domain like support@domain.com but you cant receive emails with it on our platform, so if you have for ex. G suit, you can send from our platform but receive replies there.
