Q: How many private IPs can one purchase?
I saw in a question it is approx $300 yearly, but can you buy more than one?

iP address 2 gets 50k etc

I am not sure what you mean.
When you get a dedicated IP its up to you how you use them and send with them.

I was reading that lets say you have 1M emails, you can limit how many emails a user could send.
Does that make more sense?
