Q: max 2500 contacts?
I bought the highest plan as i have a lot of subscribers, only to find that i can only import max 2500 contacts at any time as a csv, is there no way to increase this?

That is only a limit per one import - you can import as many 2500 contacts as you want.
We are already working on an improved import process with much higher upload limits, which will be available in a couple of months.
dougdenoStill, with a max monthly send capacity of 1m and only 2500 contacts per upload is a little restrictive, any change you can up that to 10k or more?

It is a technical limit, you can upload as many contacts as you want, but each batch maximum 2500 at a time.
Keep in mind that we do not allow cold emailing, and you need consent from all recipients to send them emails.
