Q: Nice but...
Beautiful interface. I like it better than the busy Sendgrid.
I did a test account and the IP check against blacklist came back clean as a whistle, even more clean than all of SendGrid. Your sender reputation for one IP is 86%, which is pretty good. https://www.bulkblacklist.com/
The email only show delivered, but where's the open tracking? It doesn't shown when receipients open or how many time.
I also like the fact that you created a different SPF record via emailit.domainname. My SPF record is already at 10 look up and if adding that SPF record to my main one, it will send over to 12. But by adding a separate SPF, doesn't that still send my domain SPF look up over 10?
Also, I want to be sure we can also use this service for transaction emails?
When new users asking for pricing and we negotiate via emails, is that transactional

Oct 20, 2024A: Hi there.
Yes, we are doing our best to keep our IP addresses protected as much as possible. so even the AppSumo onboarding IP pool has good score 86+.
That is the reason why we separate the records to our prefix. The SPF is being resolved per subdomain/domain so it will no anyhow impact the main domain.
Yes, we are supporting transactional emails. And to your example those seem to be transactional emails too.

Also to answer the email tracking, that is currently in beta testing and will be available for everyone next month.

I am SOLD. It seems you have been with Appsumo for awhile and each time you keep improving. I am stacking max and after throughly tested, will leave you glorifying review. Thank god for you. I got so tired of SendGrid and MailGun and the like. Good thing you are here for Appsumolings. I bought over 3,500 deals, rarely do I see SMTP services. The last one was Kirim.email. Thanks for answering

Happy to hear. Let me know if you have any issues/questions either on our discord or support@emailit.com

I forgot to add. For the tracking. You can make it awesome to track how many times opened, and wether it was opened by mail spam checker bot or human. I think Brevo and Sendgrid has this feature.

That is not possible. Services like Apple's Mail Privacy Protection pre-loads the emails content, so it actually hides the users behavior. We will be having the "loads" events, that are trigger every single one the email is loaded.
The most correct measurement will be the link clicks.

Sorry to bother you with another question. Just wanted to double check, by having a separate spf record as emailit.domain.com it will be completely separate and not count toward the mail spf lookup? Mine is already at 10 so I can't have anything going over. Thanks.

Verified purchaser
It will not count towards the 10. Since it will be on emailit.domain.com, not on domain.com

Thank you George. But it will definitely show as "Open", correct? Also, do you also make another product called Dragit? I noticed that in your name. That is my most favorite goto tool for newsletter design.

Verified purchaser
It will show as "loaded" which is what it means. Other providers are misguiding you by saying "opens".
Since some email providers like Apple preloads the emails, it will also be marked as "Open" which is not correct, the email was not opened by Apple, but "preloaded", which is why we load "loads" to correctly indicate what that tracking means, it is a combination of all email loads that happen.

So you will see the most correct stats you can currently see.
And yes, there is Dragit even integrated with the new Emailit campaigns.
