Q: Why only 1000 emails can be sent per month ?
I bought License Tier 3 and whenever i create new workspace it shows email credit as only 1000 ?
Why? I am not able to send more than 1000 emails even in tire 3!!!
I had to purchase email credits to send more than 1000 emails in a workspace. all workspaces have default 1000 email limit. Explain this please.

Tier 3 allows you to send up to 100k emails a month before the credits are used - we call it monthly allowance.
You should see it above the email credits.

I Just found out that i get only one workspace and if i create new workspace, i will be limited to 1k emails. only one workspace is where the license can be activated..

Yes, that is correct!
Workspaces are basically to allow you to have multiple accounts with one credentials to login, so each workspace seperates everything (data, plans, billing, licenses..).
