Bad delivery
Poor deliveries going to spam also don’t like domain restrictions

Thank you for your feedback! We are doing our maximum to ensure best delivery. All you need to do is to reach support@emailit.com in case you have delivery issues. As we need to verify you and move you to a high-reputable IP pool.
I am not aware of any domain restrictions; you can use any domain for which you can set DNS records. (as with any other email providers).
