Pheeew! I am happy and sad at the same time.
Still testing and holding myself from a refund. I have kept this product in mind for long and now I bought for our jobs board and jobs newsletter. Well, few issues so far,
- API and SMTP worked on port 25, now only SMTP works on 2525. That's after series of abracadabra
- All our few test emails went to spam by default. Domain is brand new, no bad rep and has all params setup.
I feel bad shaa but let's hope for the best as we progress. But definitely the system needs series of improvements to avoid all these magic wand behaviour.

Our SMTPs work and run on ports 25, 465, 587, 2525. And have no reported downtime in last 90 days.
Most of those issues related to connecting are usually caused by webhosting (especially wordpress ones) blocking those ports on random.
When it comes to delivery rates, all new customers are in an onboarding IP pool with medium reputation. You can get verified by sending email to support@emailit.com and be moved to IP pool with high reputation.
