Hi, I'm trying to set up Zapier to feed new users of my app into a Flow in Encharge. At the moment I seem to only be able to 'add a Tag' in a 3rd step in Zapier. The multi-step Zaps requires the Zapier Pro plan ($300 / yr). Please can I check if there are any plans to be able to add a tag in the 2nd step, where we map the data to the fields like email, name etc. You guys describe this 3rd step here: https://help.encharge.io/en/article/tag-a-person-in-a-zap-in-zapier-lw4z6d/ At the moment a workaround I'm using is to add the tag in Company field and my segment conditions are now the tag or the company field. This might not work well in the longrun, hence the question above. Thanks
I thought encharge was for the sale but it's no longer available. i wanted to buy this when I got home from work is there a mistake or was there a limit of buyers?
Do I understand correctly that even with Tier 6 transactional email tags don't work? So all of this is only available with the Premium Upgrade at €129/month? There are a lot of different types of transactional emails an application can send via an API. For example, an application can send a password reset email or an order confirmation email, depending on the user's action. Password Reset: Email sent to a user when they forget their password. Account Creation: Email sent to a user when they create a new account. Order Confirmation: Email sent to a user when they place an order. Shipping Updates: Email sent to a user to inform them that their order has shipped. Invoice: Email sent to a user to inform them of an invoice. So all of this is only available with the Premium upgrade? What a shame... So it is useless for me 😢
