Yes, Encharge can absolutely send individual emails when someone fills out a form or widget on your website! Here’s how it works and how your setup with Claspo or Subpage + Pabbly could look:

✅ Email after form submission
Encharge has a “Form Submitted” trigger you can use to start a Flow the moment someone fills out your form. Since you already use Pabbly, you can easily connect Claspo or Subpage forms to Encharge via:
• Webhook
• Native “Form Submitted” trigger (for some tools)
• Or directly using Pabbly Connect to push contacts into Encharge

Once the contact enters Encharge, you can:
• Send an immediate welcome email
• Wait X minutes/hours/days
• Then send an individual follow-up email later

Just to clarify: All emails are technically “bulk” sends (like newsletters, sequences, flows), but they feel like individual emails to your user—and they can be timed however you'd like.

✅ Managing your contact limit (Tier 1 = 5,000 subscribers)
If someone unsubscribes, or you delete a person from your list, they won’t count toward your active contact limit anymore.

To manually remove people:

1. Head to People
2. Use filters or search to find your contact
3. Click into the profile and hit Delete

Or automate cleanup flows to tag and remove cold or inactive contacts if you're tight on space.

🚫 Just to manage expectations
Encharge doesn’t support transactional emails (like receipts, password resets) on LTD plans—and API event-based triggers are also not included in the 2025 AppSumo tiers. But everything else in your use case sounds doable!
