A: Great question — yes, you can upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 (or any higher tier) as long as the AppSumo deal is still live. 🙌

To do that, just go to your AppSumo account, find your Encharge purchase under “Products,” and click “Change Plan”. That’ll take you to the upgrade options. Once you upgrade, the new tier will overwrite the old one, and you’ll only be charged the difference.

Keep in mind:
• You can’t stack licenses or combine two Tier 1s into a Tier 2 — you have to upgrade directly through the AppSumo interface.
• Once the deal ends, upgrades will no longer be possible, and you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan if you want more contacts beyond your tier’s limit.
