You’re totally right to flag this — and I really appreciate how clearly you laid everything out.

Let’s break it down:

✅ Double opt-in support is already included — right now — in the 2025 LTD deal.

We quietly launched it earlier this year and didn't do a great job updating our roadmap post 😅
But you can already:
• Enable double opt-in when adding subscribers via forms or imports
• Customize the confirmation email
• Send people to a confirmation page

No waiting necessary — it’s live and part of all Growth plans, including the LTD 🙌🙌🙌

(If you’re already in your Encharge account, you can go to Settings → Email Settings → Double Opt-in to get started.)

Now on the question of our roadmap looking… empty 👀

Totally fair observation. And I’ll be real with you: we’re very much actively developing Encharge, but we’ve been heads-down shipping and haven’t been maintaining the public roadmap the way we should.

Some highlights we've shipped this year (that didn’t make it onto the board yet):
• The beginning of our WooCommerce integration (Tier 6 only)
• More stability and speed across Flows and the drag/drop builder
• And yes… double opt-in!

We’re planning a public roadmap refresh to reflect what's actually in motion — but that’s on us to fix.

So, short answer:
• Yes — double opt-in is live today ✅
• Yes — we are 100% actively developing Encharge 🔧
• Yes — we’re under new ownership (Daniel and I bought Encharge this year!) and pushing to take things much further 💥
