Come To Your Senses
Five tacos for this product. I have been using it since I purchased the LTD. However, team needs to come to their senses on included features. For example, current LTD holders are required to purchase $300 Woocommerce feature? This should be a standard in any email marketing platform. Why? There are a million and one ways to connect woocommerce without the feature! Transactional emails? This is a given as well. To add insult to injury..... I can't stack!!!

We hear you on WooCommerce and transactional emails. These features do feel like givens in some platforms, and we totally get how their absence can feel frustrating — especially after backing Encharge early on.
Just to clarify a bit from our side: WooCommerce and transactional email functionality are part of our Premium plan, which was always separate from the LTD offering (which maps to the Growth plan). That said, when we took over Encharge in 2025, we wanted to show appreciation to 2021 LTD buyers like you — so instead of asking you to upgrade to Premium, we made WooCommerce available as a one-time $299 add-on. Not ideal for everyone, but it’s a permanent unlock — no monthly fees.
As for stacking — yep, that was a limit baked into the original campaign structure (no combining of subscriber counts between licenses), and we’ve continued that to stay fair to new and old users alike.
We know it's not perfect. We’re doing our best to balance sustainability with value — and to honor what made Encharge special in the first place. Thanks again for sticking with us through it all — we genuinely appreciate your voice, your support, and your honesty ❤️
