I like that this product's work flow is similar to BotStar in that I can add conditions and all the other important flags necessary to personalize my responses. I personally find it creepy and cool when I get an email right away after an event on a website. It makes me more likely to convert as a customer. That's why applying Encharge is going to get me the same result, because if I am susceptible to distinct campaigning then your customers will be too!

Good to have a long with some other mailers when you don't need all the fancy stuff in Encharge.
