They seemed to have disappeared
I purchased a code for this software. I opened and account and then decided to purchase two more codes. But then.....when I tried to stack them, I could not even access my original account. Emailed support.....crickets. Can't seem to reach them. Did they sell and dump? I have three codes with no way of redeeming them. Maybe they are on vacation and need more than a week to get back to me?

To clarify: Encharge is absolutely alive and well 🙌🙌🙌 The company was acquired earlier this year (2025), and we—the new team—have been actively supporting the platform and running this AppSumo campaign ourselves.
Unfortunately, we weren’t involved in any decisions made before 2025, including issues with older codes or support blackouts. That said, we definitely want to get you sorted.
A few important things to know:
• Codes from this 2025 AppSumo campaign can’t be stacked (e.g., 3 Tier 1 codes can’t form a Tier 3 license). Only one license can be redeemed per Encharge account.
• If your original account is inaccessible, our support team can help you restore access.
• If you purchased multiple codes accidentally or are stuck in limbo, AppSumo’s refund policy is very generous—up to 60 days.
✅ Please email us directly at support@encharge.io with your AppSumo receipt and the email you used for your account. We’ll jump in right away to help fix this.
