I can't create any showrooms or pretty much do anything on the site without a membership, despite purchasing Tier 4 a week ago. Is Ethos currently down, or is this going to be foreshadowing about how assistants go? I really want to give Ethos a go before asking for a refund.

Thanks for the update. My only recommendation is to make the UI cleaner and more modern, similar to your competitors, who have a simpler layout and design. Additionally, streamline the process of creating Brand CI to make it quicker and reduce the amount of information needed in each section.
Curious which competitors you feel have a cleaner UI. We think ours is modern, but we’re moving to a design library to streamline things. We’re also adding a feature to auto-pull brand assets from your domain—colors, fonts, logos, etc.

Q: I bought Standard, can I upgrade to agency?
I missed the view plan deals button. I think agency is what I need. Can I update this without paying twice?
One question. Does your platform support built in file conversion or do I have to upload all size and file format variants as a part of my brand's assets? In other words does your platform support "the ability to convert upon export asset files in the right size, and file format."
We are building out file conversion next quarter. You'll be able to upload a file such as a PNG and then a user would be able to download it in a different format such as EPS or SVG. For now you can upload different files with different formats and label or tag them to make them easily searchable. Here's an example: https://brand.supermush.com/#identity
