Q: Is Ethos currently down?
I submitted multiple emails and chat messages about having trouble redeeming my codes, but I haven't received a response. I can't create any showrooms or pretty much do anything on the site without a membership, despite purchasing Tier 4 a week ago. Is Ethos currently down, or is this going to be foreshadowing about how assistants go? I really want to give Ethos a go before asking for a refund.

I’m really sorry we missed your messages. We’re usually super responsive Monday–Friday, so this definitely isn’t the norm and we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again.
